VEGETABLE GARDEN AND NATURE
We host groups of children in elementary schools and guys of junior and high schools who want to be in touch with nature and animals learning various methods of cultivation used in the organic garden.
This experience is addressed to groups who want to learn various methods of traditional “homemade” cuisine such us to prepare the dough for bread and pasta, using organic and seasonal ingredients and our ancient Sicilian wheat varieties. The cooking workshops are open for groups starting from 4 to 20 people.
You can taste and enjoy what we produce. For groups with reservation, we organize tastings with seasonal goods.
